• Be responsible for checking your local customs and agricultural import regulations, as we cannot ship to certain remote regions and parts of Asia.

3. Products and Services Description

We offer a curated selection of premium live plants, including but not limited to:

• Specialized Varieties: Azaleas, Camellias (for Espalier, Hedges, Double Flowers, Cold Hardy types), Boxwood, Gardenias, Hydrangeas, and Fragrant Vines.
• Plant Characteristics: Our focus is on plants with notable features such as fragrance, bicolor blooms, dwarf habits, and seasonal interest (e.g., Fall Blooming Camellias).
• Product Representation: We strive for accurate photographic and descriptive representation. However, natural variations in color, size, and bloom time may occur. Plants are living organisms and their performance depends on your local climate and care.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or refuse any order.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation email.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

4.4 Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (on orders over $50): Via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Geographic Restrictions: We ship globally but cannot ship to certain remote regions and parts of Asia due to customs restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify import legality.
• Delivery Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom/special order plants (e.g., rare Azalea Varieties), personalized kits, and digital content cannot be returned.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and product descriptions, is the property of Chaste Tree World or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. • The performance, health, or survival of plants after delivery, as these are dependent on factors beyond our control (planting, climate, care, etc.).
• Delays in delivery due to force majeure events (acts of God, war, embargoes, etc.) or carrier/ customs delays.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where Chaste Tree World operates from (479 Butternut Lane, Benton, US 62812), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
