  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once received, plus additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

The Returns & Exchanges Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps. We aim to make the process as smooth as tending to your Fragrant Perennial Plants.

Step 1: Contact Our Garden Care Team

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all plant tags, care instructions, and any accessories. Please include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation. Write the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Once processed by us, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal Refunds: Refunds are typically reflected in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days of our processing.

Please note that shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Important Exceptions: Plants We Cannot Accept for Return

With the same care we apply to selecting our Camellias for Espalier or Fragrant Tree Selections, we must note exceptions to protect the health and viability of our living products. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Custom or Special Order Plants: This includes specific varieties ordered on request, such as certain rare Azalea Varieties or Camellias with Double Flowers procured specifically for your order.
  • Personalized Care Kits or Bundles: Any product assembled or personalized based on your specific request.
  • Digital Content: Any downloadable care guides or planning documents.

If you receive a plant that is damaged, diseased, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
